The Dream Flight USA shuttle will be blasting off to Cedar Rapids, Iowa in early June. Mission planning is still in the process, but we know the shuttle will be in Cedar Rapids visiting elementary schools during the first week of June. During this mission, 6th graders will be taking part in the on board activities, rotating through the various work stations on the shuttle. Barry Brubaker will pilot the shuttle on its first ever journey outside of Wisconsin, and our on board teacher will be Marie Traska.
The finishing touches are being put on the mission planning for the shuttle launch to Shullsburg, WI for that communities 4th of July Parade. Following the parade, the shuttle will be open for public tours.
